Yes, I have another quote, I have so many quotes it's scary. If you want to see them all you could over at http://miabrielle.tumblr.com *hint,hint* but this one had a profound affect on me.

So I pretty much live my life by quotes. When I'm walking down the street I think about a Whitman poem and when I'm on a treadmill, I think of an exercise quote. Lately this one has been on my mind constantly. 

I remember that feeling as a child of always feeling the need to apologize for my likes, my desires, my opinions and lately I've been trying to incorporate this quote into my life. I want to be who I am, completely and unapologetically. It's definitely easier said than done but baby steps. 

I was walking down the street the other day and one of my most dance-worthy songs "Shake It Off" came on and I remembered this quote and danced like no one was watching. Someone may have been but it really didn't bother me. 

I think by not taking myself too seriously and by not caring so much about what anyone else thinks, I can be who I am pretty easily. 

Anyways, just my thoughts on being yourself because people are so much more beautiful when they are confidently themselves. Thoughts? Leave me a comment below!
